The Gay Outdoor Club operates throughout Great Britain and provides a wide range of outdoor and indoor sports and recreational activities for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender men and women.

The Home Counties Midweek group was formed to cater for those people who have time available in the week to overcome the problems of poor public transport at the weekend. Their walks are usually planned to start at a station readily accessible from London.
