We have two teams: 1st XV play in Essex Merit table 4; 2nd XV Play In Essex Merit Table 8. We operate a 3rd team that play regular fixtures across the season for developing players.

Training is held on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at 19.00hrs @East London Rugby Club, Holland Road, West Ham, E15 3BP.
